I had just released my maiden book on “Creativity, Innovation and Reinvention” and glad to share it is an Amazon best seller, thanks to my family, colleagues, coach and well-wishers. I am a certified “Reinvention Practitioner” from Reinvention Academy.
I keep trying to look at with reinvention perspective on many activities in profession and personnel life too. I implemented some of my learning in my own functions in organization, satisfied about outcomes.
I have completed my PG Program in Innovation & Design Thinking, program contents from MIT Sloan, Columbia Business School and Dartmouth University. I try to work on many initiatives and tasks with “user centric” perspectives and ask; “what is in for customers or users? That shifts the approach towards a challenge and solution towards more possibilities than limiting ones. I am a graduate engineer from Mysore University in Electrical and Electronics Engineering stream and Post Post-Graduation Certification from Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar, and Strategy management program from Indian Institute of Management, Kashipur.
An experience spanning over 30 years in Manufacturing, sales, marketing and Distribution management makes me proud to be bring values to customers and contributing to success of stake holders. I am proud to be having played many pivotal roles in Business management, new product launch, managing new initiatives, successfully streamlining partner management programs and shaping marketing functions along my team members, management. I Had rolled out strategic growth initiatives for identified product lines. I am a vivid book reader on varied topics with a strong collection of varied topics at an easy access. I support coaching for managers, enabling their functional efficiency and career growth. I strongly support and facilitate career development programs for my teams and actively monitor progress for their successes.
I am a certified Manager for “Disciplined Execution” and Trainer for “Value selling” for sales teams, sales leaders for enhanced successes to look beyond customer purchasing prices but addressing customers’ “job-to-be-done”, addressing customer challenges.
